Mobile Service Technician

- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aerial work platforms and related equipment on-site at customer locations throughout the Benelux and Germany region. - Respond efficiently to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely solutions. - Document all service activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and follow-up actions needed. - Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance practices to promote safety and efficiency. - Collaborate with our engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and possible improvements. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and enhance satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a service technician, preferably in the AWP or heavy machinery sector.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems relevant to AWP.
- Experience working with clients in the Benelux and Germany region is an advantage.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently within the Benelux and Germany region.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch, French, or German being a strong asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
