As our project portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a Quality Coordinator (Site) to lead project quality activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, applicable codes, and Victor Energy's Quality Management System. This role is site-based and will work closely with construction, project management, clients, and quality leadership to achieve successful project execution. **Your responsibilities would include:** - Responsible for execution of quality assurance and quality control activities on the project site. - Coordinate and implement project QA/QC activities in accordance with the Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and client requirements. - Review, maintain and control project quality documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely resolution of deficiencies. - Execute inspection activities as applicable, such as for foundations, grounding, structure erection, conductor installation and material receiving activities. - Perform and document inspections while ensuring all check sheets, photographic records and quality documentation are completed and maintained in accordance with project requirements. •\tPromote compliance with the Company Quality Manual, Project Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, and client requirements. - Support all quality team members and ensure requirements are met of the applicable Contract, Client Standards, Provincial and Federal Regulations, and Code(s) of Construction. - Coordinate with the material management team to ensure material receiving inspections are completed and verify material traceability, certification, storage, and conformance to project requirements. - Identify and communicate any material issues to the material management team, i.e. including missing or damaged material. - Document Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), deficiencies and corrective actions and coordinate with team members through to closure.

• Develop, implement, and support all field management and staff • Apply experience in OHS leadership, safe work methodology, and standardized best practices • Monitor credentials and qualifications to ensure compliance for employees and subcontractors • Identify and mitigate hazards at site including walkthroughs • Ensure employees have proper training tickets • Compile statistics and write reports • Assist with the development and implementation of project specific safety plans & training • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, client specific requirements, and company policy • Develop and implement project specific Emergency Response Plans • Provide support for hazard assessments prior to project start and during the project lifecycle • Conduct H&S training and orientations for personnel • Monitor subcontractor safety performance and conduct audits • Perform audits and additional inspections • Evaluate H&S inspection reports for performance trends • Maintain HSE documentation • Attend various safety meetings and collaborate with team members

As our team grows, we are seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst to be the primary support contact for both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments across geographically distributed sites. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, security, and performance of infrastructure systems supporting corporate IT services and industrial/operational systems. The successful candidate will serve as a hands-on technical resource, acting as the escalation point for infrastructure issues, coordinating on-site support, and partnering closely with central IT teams, vendors, and site operations personnel. This position requires strong technical depth, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to operate independently in remote and field-based environments.
