Mobile Service Technician
DINGLI
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance, as well as inspections and repair work on Dingli equipment in the field. • Respond promptly to service calls and provide troubleshooting support for customers throughout the Nordic region. • Maintain service records effectively and manage parts inventory required for repairs. • Deliver training sessions to customers on equipment operation and maintenance best practices. • Gather customer feedback for continuous product improvement while collaborating with engineering and management teams. • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements
- Technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a service technician, especially in the aerial work platform or heavy machinery industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems relevant to AWP.
- Experience working with clients in the Nordic region is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the Nordic region.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Good communication skills; fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Swedish and other Nordic languages will be an advantage, with Swedish being preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
