- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aerial work platforms and related equipment on-site at customer locations throughout the Benelux and Germany region. - Respond efficiently to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely solutions. - Document all service activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and follow-up actions needed. - Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance practices to promote safety and efficiency. - Collaborate with our engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and possible improvements. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and enhance satisfaction.

• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance, as well as inspections and repair work on Dingli equipment in the field. • Respond promptly to service calls and provide troubleshooting support for customers throughout the Nordic region. • Maintain service records effectively and manage parts inventory required for repairs. • Deliver training sessions to customers on equipment operation and maintenance best practices. • Gather customer feedback for continuous product improvement while collaborating with engineering and management teams. • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of Dingli aerial work platforms both onsite and at service centers. • Address warranty claims promptly and communicate effectively about any repair issues or limitations. • Provide technical support and training to customer representatives and internal staff. • Travel within France and nearby regions to support customer site visits and service operations as needed. • Maintain accurate service records and reports. • Continuously improve technical skills and product knowledge.

• Create and manage BIM models across structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines. • Produce General Arrangement (GA) drawings, fabrication details, and installation documentation. • Coordinate with internal and external teams—Sales, Engineering, Production, Subcontractors and PM's • Maintain model accuracy and ensure alignment with project scopes and design changes. • Prepare build packs to support off-site and on-site fabrication processes. • Deliver high-quality technical outputs complying with UK BIM Level 2 standards. • Support design reviews, clash detection, and multi-discipline coordination activities. • Work closely with production and subcontracted teams to ensure designs support efficient modular assembly. • Assist project teams with design-related queries during manufacturing and installation phases. • Contribute to optimisation initiatives for modularisation and repeatable design solutions.
