• Support Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) audit activities, including data analysis, reconciliation, and corrective action planning. • Provide expertise in Navy ERP (SAP) processes, particularly within the context of NWCF operations, revenue/expense recognition, cost accounting, and financial reporting. • Translate Navy ERP Tier 2/3 technical/system nuances into actionable solutions for audit teams and client stakeholders. • Assist with audit response packages, sample requests, and evidence development to support assertions. • Identify root causes of financial data discrepancies and recommend sustainable process/system improvements. • Collaborate with government stakeholders, auditors, and internal teams to ensure audit deliverables are accurate, timely, and compliant with DoD FMR and GAAP.

• Leading the design, development, and curation of science-related activities, lessons, datasets, and other instructional resources that support Next Generation Science Standards, taking into account learning strategies and best practices to address diverse abilities and backgrounds. • Working closely with content, production, and assessment specialists on our team to create high quality, meaningful, inquiry-based tasks, activities, lessons, and projects that are aligned with NGSS. • Creating or finding open-source teaching resources and adapt them for use by participating teachers, grades 2 through 8. • Engaging meaningfully with our community of science educators to successfully incorporate Tuva and NGSS-aligned materials into their instructional practice. • Initiating and fostering partnerships with academic institutions, research organizations, museums, and other science education and community groups to help educators teach and students learn foundational data literacy concepts and skills using Tuva.

• Setup and configure the Hexagon EcoSys platform for clients. • Customize Ecosys modules to meet client specifications and business requirements. • Integrate EcoSys with other enterprise systems and data sources. • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using EcoSys tools. • Write and optimize scripts and queries to enhance the functionality of the EcoSys platform. • Conduct testing (system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, etc.) and data migration prior to launch. • Provide technical support to end-users and administrators. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the EcoSys platform. • Create and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials. • Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators to ensure effective use of the EcoSys platform. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources for EcoSys implementations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities. • Ensure the EcoSys platform is up-to-date, secure, and running smoothly. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. • Stay current with the latest features and updates of the Ecosys platform and related technologies.

• Collaborate with project sponsors/stakeholder groups to understand scope of a project. • Utilize pre-existing parametric estimating tool to generate parametric estimates in accordance with AACE estimate class requirements for substation and transmission projects based on conceptual scope of work for the project. • Utilize existing estimating templates to generate assembly-level cost estimates for projects based on detailed scope of work and 30-50% engineering design. • Facilitate the identification of changes to the parametric estimating tool to provide data in a more usable format for subsequent use in the project schedule and cost management. • Utilize estimates vs actuals cost comparisons from projects to refresh & update cost data in parametric estimating tool. • Revision of existing cost data in parametric estimating tool, to assist with structuring of the enterprise estimating system and work with developers for implementation. • Improve coordination of estimates to avoid duplication of estimates, improve ownership, and avoid overlaps in estimate scope. • Train estimators on revised tools, especially for contracted estimators and assist with development of standard work instructions to standardize project scoping and estimating. • Ability to use estimating software to generate cost estimates and to go through the QAQC process. • Have the flexibility to attend client and company meetings as needed.
