The Faculty

Job Requirements
- Native-level or highly proficient English communication skills (C1/C2 level)
- Fluent Portuguese speaker
- Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching English online or in a traditional classroom environment
- Accredited TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA qualification (120 hours or more)
- Bachelor's degree in English, Translation, English Literature, Education, or a related field (completed or currently in progress)
- Familiarity with CEFR frameworks and ESL assessment practices
- Strong digital literacy and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Clear criminal record
- Technical Requirements: Computer Intel® Core™ i5 processor (or equivalent) running at 2.40GHz or higher; Minimum 8GB RAM; Reliable fibre internet connection with minimum 20 Mbps upload and download speeds; Wired LAN connection required; Power Backup UPS or alternative backup power solution capable of supporting equipment for 4–5 hours is highly recommended; Teaching Equipment: Noise-cancelling headset with microphone; HD webcam (720p or higher); Quiet, professional, and well-lit teaching environment suitable for online instruction.
