Ascensus
• Provides client service to partners, intermediaries, and plan sponsors • Develops and maintains knowledge of retirement plans and Ascensus products/services • Works with Relationship Manager to deliver client satisfaction • Resolves client issues and engages clients with consulting • Communicates with team to keep all informed and aid current client strategy • Provides thorough, high-quality research and problem-solving • Delivers client retention by anticipating needs and recommending changes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years direct client experience in Retirement Services industry
- Certification or working towards certification (ASPPA, CEBS, etc.) in industry-related studies program preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with financial services systems (i.e. recordkeeping, trust, trading)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications, specifically Word and Excel required, Access and PowerPoint preferred
