We are looking for a Client Services expert to own key client relationships and drive innovative strategies that maximize ROI. In this role, you will champion our clients' commercial goals internally, collaborate across teams, and help shape the future of healthcare engagement. What You'll Do As a trusted advisor, you will deeply understand our clients' market landscapes to proactively drive continuous value, account retention, and contract renewals. You will champion client needs internally, directly influencing the Veeva Ostro product roadmap, while overseeing large-scope execution, enterprise budgets, and tight deadlines with flawless precision to maximize client ROI. Requirements - 4+ years of digital marketing strategy and account management experience in a healthcare/pharma agency setting; proven ability to manage multiple accounts and cultivate high-trust client partnerships - Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem (websites, banners, social) with a track record of driving strategy for major pharma product launches; hands-on experience with pharmaceutical product communications and Veeva Vault PromoMats submissions - Track record of managing complex enterprise books of business and acting as a trusted consultant to proactively uncover, pitch, and secure business expansion opportunities - Strong ability to translate digital analytics, KPI dashboards, and campaign performance data into actionable business insights for clients - Ability to travel, minimum once a quarter per client or as needed Nice to Have - Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats, Veeva Vault CRM, or other Veeva Commercial Cloud applications - Experience working across multiple complex therapeutic areas (e.g., oncology, rare disease, immunology) - Experience collaborating closely with internal creative, technical, and medical writing teams in an agency or consulting environment - Familiarity navigating complex Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) review processes and FDA guidelines Perks & Benefits - Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance - Flexible PTO and company paid holidays - Retirement programs - 1% charitable giving program Compensation - Base pay: $115,000 - $170,000 - The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
