• Lead adoption workshops independently, translating customer needs into actionable plans. • Diagnose and resolve moderate technical adoption blockers (e.g., integration gaps). • Develop reusable best-practice resources for common adoption scenarios. • Partner with product teams to relay VoC insights for roadmap prioritization. • Monitor ARR growth and consumption metrics to refine adoption strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Deep expertise in application migration and development in container platforms
  • Deep experience building and deploying applications using modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience with Kubernetes and containers-based platforms such as OpenShift
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, Go, or Ruby
  • One or more of the following is a plus: Experience with development technologies similar to Spring Boot, Node.js, JBoss EAP, JakartaEE, OpenJDK, and Quarkus
  • Work with Backstage, Red Hat Developer Spaces, or similar common developer IDE deployments
  • Experience with management, logging and observability products and solutions
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies for application deployment and operations like VMware vSphere, KVM, etc.
  • Understanding of broader enterprise architecture requirements that will affect application platforms such as cyber security, compliance/policy, and the broader enterprise IT and applications landscape.

Qualifications - Substantial experience computing deadlines for state, federal, and appellate courts. - Strong knowledge of litigation processes, court rules, and procedures. - Strong critical thinking skills to process complex orders and analyze effects on other case deadlines. - Ability to research, analyze, and summarize issues in writing with excellent attention to detail. - Familiarity with various court websites, docket searching, and document retrieval databases. - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization. - Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. - Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and effectively prioritize multiple tasks. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written). - High attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and effective time management. Tasks within these areas of work include: - Serving as the first-line resource for infusion pharmacy, scheduling, nursing, and provider teams for patient insurance benefit investigation. - Infusion pre-authorizations, navigating site of care restrictions, externally supplied medications, and insurance formulary preferences. - Troubleshooting infusion claim payment denials.
