Role Description The Divisional Business Development Manager is responsible for recruitment and the strategic development, implementation, and ongoing execution of effective recruitment plans and selection strategies supporting Loan Officers, Mortgage Bankers, Branch Managers, and Sales Leaders across CrossCountry Mortgage. - Partner with executive level VPs, Regional Managers, Directors, Branch Managers, and Sales sources to qualify, interview, and hire top producing Loan Officers, Mortgage Bankers, and Branch Manager candidates in strategically defined market regions. - Collaborate with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs. - Develop action plans for growth in target markets including metrics from first contact to successful hire; target companies and passive candidates by leveraging resources. - Direct passive searches utilizing Boolean searches, cold calls, and networking techniques. - Meet hiring goals as determined by the Recruiting Department leadership. - Source passive candidates through networking using the recruiter’s existing database and internet research techniques. - Communicate weekly with Regional and Branch Managers to review recruiting reports, growth goals, and progress weekly communications; provide weekly candidate pipeline updates to Regional, Recruiting, and Sales leadership. - Develop and maintain candidate relationships for current and future hiring needs, network with referral partners and passive and proactive candidates. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as a mortgage sales recruiter. - Experience in supporting recruitment for retail mortgage loan originators and/or a sales call center environment. - Experience in cultivating and maintaining ongoing contact with a referral base. - Experience in a loan originator, branch, or mortgage production environment, preferred. - Proficient in working with Applicant Tracking systems or CRM to ensure all efforts are consistently up to date for accurate and timely reporting. - Excellent communication skills. Role Description We are seeking a results-driven Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter with experience recruiting healthcare professionals across Latin America (LATAM). This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is proactive and able to quickly source, engage, and place qualified talent while upholding high standards of quality and compliance. - Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals - Work under tight deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment - Source candidates across LATAM using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach - Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) - Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations and internal policies - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Qualifications - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required - Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience in LATAM (required) - Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with short turnaround times - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools Requirements - This is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) - Pay rate of $7 – $8 per hour depending on skillset and experience - Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM PST
