• Support the enhancement of the MiFID and Consumer Duty programme • Review, update, and draft policies, frameworks, and written programmes • Assist with the design and refinement of regulatory controls • Provide subject matter expertise across MiFID and Consumer Duty requirements • Support governance, oversight, and regulatory alignment activities • Collaborate with internal teams to embed improvements into BAU processes • Produce clear, regulator-ready documentation where required

• Research, design, deploy, and document new data management tools and techniques • Manage large-scale data sets from modern ground systems and applications • Support data management processing including data migration, backup, and recovery • Provide reporting metrics to management and customers • Assist with troubleshooting issues • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure sound data management practices throughout the software development lifecycle

• Oversee payment processing operations within the assigned market; • Ensure the smooth performance and availability of payment methods; • Identify, investigate, and escalate payment-related issues to relevant providers and internal teams; • Coordinate with customer support, marketing, and other stakeholders on payment processing requests and inquiries.

• Guide SFD’s growth strategy to ensure alignment with mission and sustainability. • Uphold fiduciary responsibilities by monitoring finances, ensuring compliance, and advancing best practices in nonprofit governance. • Make a personal financial contribution (see below). • Leverage your networks to secure resources, sponsorships, and partnerships. • Act as an ambassador for SFD within your networks, industries, and communities. • Help expand our visibility and reputation as a leader in STEM innovation. • Actively participate in board meetings, committees, and sprints. • Provide input on programs and partnerships that strengthen impact. • Stay informed about trends in workforce development, nonprofit governance, and STEM education.
