• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Product Designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and design excellence. • Contribute directly to high-priority design initiatives through hands-on design work, creative direction, design reviews, prototyping, and executive-level presentations. • Partner closely with Marketing, Communications, Growth, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and consistent brand expression across all channels. • Lead the visual refresh of the Binance.US product experience, evolving the design system, patterns, and best practices to deliver a modern, cohesive, and scalable user experience. • Lead hiring, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and professional development for the design organization, including setting performance expectations, conducting regular performance reviews, providing coaching and feedback, and managing performance improvement plans when necessary.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of people management experience leading and developing high-performing design teams.
- Proven experience balancing strategic leadership responsibilities with hands-on design execution on high-impact initiatives.
- Experience designing for fintech, cryptocurrency, trading platforms, financial services, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to drive end-to-end product design outcomes at scale, from discovery and prototyping to delivery, while prioritizing continuous improvement.
- Experience supporting products and brands operating within the U.S. market, including familiarity with U.S. consumer expectations, regulatory considerations, and go-to-market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Growth, and Executive Leadership teams.
