Role Description Garud Technology Services is seeking a Governance & IRB Analyst to support USDA FPAC governance operations and Investment Review Board administration. This position is ideal for a candidate with strong federal governance experience who can manage board operations, executive documentation, governance workflows, and SharePoint-based collaboration in a highly visible environment. - Develop meeting agendas, maintain agenda backlogs, draft minutes, and track action items and decisions. - Maintain governance charters, policies, processes, procedures, templates, and related documentation. - Facilitate out-of-cycle votes and support governance-related budget review activities. - Support business units in compiling and submitting annual IT budget requests. - Attend IRB meetings and track approved, denied, and on-hold IT spend items. - Review Excel reports from budget teams and compare multiple iterations of spend plan reports. - Maintain SharePoint repositories, governance workflows, and KPI or statistics reporting. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or qualifying substitute experience as defined in the JD. - 5+ years supporting federal governance boards; USDA experience preferred. - Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and IT governance disciplines. - Expertise with Microsoft Office, governance documentation, and SharePoint administration. - Strong executive-level writing, presentation, and communication skills. Requirements - Ability to manage recurring board meetings, pre-briefs, and documentation cycles across multiple stakeholders. - Ability to obtain required suitability and comply with USDA training and security requirements.
