Role Description This position is responsible for driving business development, referral growth, and marketing initiatives through strategic relationship management and market analysis. The role develops and maintains partnerships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and business partners while promoting company products and services through networking, events, educational opportunities, and targeted outreach efforts. Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations teams to develop and execute business development strategies, identify market opportunities, and evaluate campaign effectiveness. The position also provides leadership and training support, maintains accurate CRM documentation and reporting, and ensures timely, professional communication with referral sources to support organizational growth. Primary Duties - Leadership & Training - Provide coaching and guidance on relationship management, networking, and professional communication. - Develop and oversee business development and referral growth strategies, including relationship management, networking initiatives, and market expansion efforts. - Ensure effective collaboration between business development, marketing, and sales teams. - Market Research & Positioning - Work with the Marketing team to describe market trends and analyze target market information, identifying effective marketing approaches. - Maintain knowledge of competitor offerings and our competitive position (e.g., SWOT), including a firm understanding of our product and service differentiators. - Identify market opportunities where our product offerings would advance our mission. - Collaborate on execution of marketing & brand awareness campaigns, evaluating them for efficacy. - Relationship Building & Business Development - Identify key referral sources in local markets surrounding our clinic locations, including primary care physicians, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, physical medicine and rehab physicians, workers compensation, and nurse case managers. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with key referral sources, ensuring an ongoing awareness of our product and service offerings. - Address concerns and resolve pain points from referral sources in a professional manner, using discretion to escalate issues to leadership when warranted. - Attend and network at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events that offer the opportunity to increase our reach and build fruitful relationships. - Coordinate and host meetings, in-services, lunch-and-learns, dinners, and events to educate, network, and deliver company information to current and potential referral sources. - Contribute to internal sales and product training that will ultimately improve relationships with referral sources and potential business partners. - Record-Keeping & Reporting - Enter and properly manage information in the designated CRM for reporting and visibility. - Manage, store, and disseminate company collaterals to referral sources. - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless patient experience. - Other Job Duties - All other job duties as assigned. - Travel - Significant travel involved. - Representation at industry conferences. Role Description Responsible for enrollment of Medicare and other Government Contract providers, vendors, billing services and clearinghouses for various Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) products and services to set up organizations for electronic billing and portals. This includes database management, inventory control and phone contact to the EDI community to meet CMS requirements. Also provides administrative support for the staff to promote the enrollment, authorization, testing, and servicing of electronic billers. Essential Responsibilities - Process EDI enrollment forms and faxes accurately and timely for all new and existing electronic billers: (40%) - Log, validate and process EDI enrollment forms for electronic billing from providers, billing services, clearinghouses, and vendors. - Ensure accuracy and completeness in accordance with Medicare and company policy and procedures. - Access and review the EDI Database and the Medicare claims processing systems to determine relevant profile information. - Establish cases in the appropriate tracking systems. - Determine the need for EDI testing and verify Medicare authorization to bill electronically. - Enroll users in the Medicare-offered free billing software. - Enroll users for Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and other value-added EDI products and services. - Enroll organizations into the Portals, process User ID role requests. - Maintain the EDI Submitter, EDI Vendor, and Tracking Databases: (40%) - Update the databases accurately to ensure all customer data is accurate and detailed for integrity and statistical reporting purposes. - Communicate effectively.
