Voyager Technologies
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of export compliance policies, procedures, and processes to ensure adherence to relevant regulations. • Prepare and draft export license applications and agreements for submission to government agencies, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation. • Collaborate with internal teams to determine export classifications, ensuring accurate categorization of products, technologies, and services. • Monitor and track the status of active export licenses and agreements while maintaining comprehensive, audit-ready records. • Help develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on export compliance to employees and contractors to ensure a strong understanding of requirements. • Support regular internal audits and assessments to identify potential areas of export compliance risk. • Serve as a primary point of contact for the Export Control Manager regarding routine compliance inquiries and departmental coordination.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in export compliance; additional experience in trade compliance and U.S. Customs is considered a plus.
- Working knowledge of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), including licensing requirements and classifications.
