• Lead divisional strategy to grow Labcorp’s diagnostics footprint across hospitals, IDNs, and large physician organizations. • Build and manage executive-level relationships with healthcare leaders, including C-suite, clinical, and administrative stakeholders. • Identify and structure partnership opportunities that align with Labcorp’s commitment to scientific innovation, operational excellence, and patient-centered care. • Lead the growth of key accounts with a relationship map to target gaps with key stakeholders. • Drive end-to-end deal execution, including needs assessment, proposal development, contract negotiation, and implementation planning. • Map out and execute an ecosystem community outreach plan with health systems. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. • Monitor healthcare market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics. • Develop and present comprehensive quarterly business reviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare
- 5 or more years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales in diagnostics, healthcare services, or life sciences
- Deep understanding of hospital systems, physician group operations, and clinical diagnostics workflows
- Proven success in structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar partnerships
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills
- Confident leadership and entrepreneurial-minded individual
- Willingness to travel across the Atlantic division for meetings and training as needed

Role Description We are seeking a seasoned professional Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of the area of specialization, wider department goals, and cross-functional department goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the Railbookers and Amtrak Vacations brands primarily to Canadian travel agents within the designated sales territory. This position operates as part of a team and reports to the Vice President of International Sales. The role requires excellent attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations and data is required. Duties and Responsibilities - Sales and Relationship Building: - Make daily outbound calls to travel agents within the assigned sales territory. - Develop strong relationships with partners at the travel agent, manager, and agency levels to help increase Railbookers and Amtrak Vacations trade sales. - Build productive and stable working relationships with internal functional teams and relevant cross-functional teams with minimal support or supervision from senior team members. - Training and Presentations: - Conduct online and in-person training webinars for travel agents. - Develop and execute joint consumer presentations and virtual travel talks to support assigned agency partners. - Participate in virtual and in-person partner conferences as needed.
