Role Description We are actively seeking a Hubspot Solutions Engineer to join our RevOps Tech Team! If you thrive on solving business problems through HubSpot and enjoy building scalable RevOps systems, this role is for you! - Improve: Be able to create custom solutions in HubSpot within the first 6 months. - Build: Understand business and revenue operations objectives and translate them into technical requirements. - Lead: Ability to map and integrate Multi-System Data Models. - Drive: Ability to BLUF and communicate clearly to internal and external stakeholders. - Plan: Ability to scope, plan, and deliver technically complex projects; documents architecture and workflows; communicate updates regularly. Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years with Google Suite, especially Google Sheets/Apps Scripting. - 3+ years of HubSpot experience. - 3+ years of Database Development. - 3+ years of Project Management. - 3+ years of Rest APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks. - 3+ years of HTML and React. - 3+ years of Python 3.x or Node.js scripting experience. - Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, or Tray.io. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing experimentation strategies, executing A/B and multivariate tests, and delivering measurable improvements in conversion rates, revenue, and customer experience. You will work closely with our marketing, design, and development teams to optimize customer journeys and improve overall business performance through continuous experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
