Role Description We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist / Shopify A/B Testing Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have deep hands-on experience with Shopify e-commerce platforms, advanced A/B testing methodologies, and conversion optimization strategies. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing experimentation strategies, executing A/B and multivariate tests, and delivering measurable improvements in conversion rates, revenue, and customer experience. Qualifications - Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and digital experimentation. - Deep hands-on experience working with Shopify and Shopify Plus stores is mandatory. - Proven experience designing, implementing, analyzing, and scaling successful A/B testing programs in e-commerce environments. - Strong understanding of CRO frameworks, UX principles, customer psychology, and e-commerce conversion funnels. - Experience with A/B testing platforms, analytics tools, and behavioral analysis solutions. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable growth strategies. - Experience working closely with designers and developers to implement testing variations. - Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving ability. - Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment. - Availability during CET business hours. - Strong written and spoken English.
