Role Description We currently have an excellent opportunity in our Sales Support team, working within our Foodservice division. The Sales Support role will work with a defined set of customers across France, Germany & wider Europe, as well as supporting specific Account Managers and the Commercial Director on key defined tasks. You will also be responsible for ensuring that customers are dealt with in an efficient, timely & personable manner ensuring best in class Sales Support for the Foodservice Chains team. This is a home-based position. Qualifications - Experience of working within a similar sales support role. - Previous experience working cross functionally – e.g. Sales, RD&A, Supply Chain, Customer Care and Finance. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Fluent in French and English, plus any additional languages (i.e., German). - Good planning and organisational skills, with a focus on seamless execution. - Highly proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) & other Kerry systems. - Solutions focused & committed to delivering best in class customer experience. - Strong analytical skills and a drive for continuous improvement. - Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with a passion for teamwork. Requirements - Sales team Salesforce support – e.g. tech docs, quote requests, sample requests, pipeline hygiene support & analysis. - Sales team project specific support – e.g. representing Commercial in internal cross-functional meetings, coordinating team meetings, wins & losses validation, involvement in specific customer opportunities & meetings. - Front Office to Middle Office bridge – e.g. liaising with Customer Care on behalf of Customer/Account Manager, NPI Commercial Link. - Leads & Customer Data management – e.g. new customer set up, maintenance of customer data, EPM sales coding requests. - Ad hoc sales support as required by Manager.
