• Management operation and strategy of Acquiring and Sub-Acquiring products, ensuring efficiency, performance, and growth. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners within the financial ecosystem, including banks, regulators and technology providers. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, such as technology, compliance, marketing and business, to ensure that solutions align with the company's strategic objectives. • Ensure that developed solutions comply with regulations and guidelines from the Central Bank of Brazil and other regulatory bodies, such as card network brands. • Analyze data and performance indicators to identify opportunities and continuous improvements, optimizing customer experience. • Create business and market analysis cases to support the financial viability and impact of proposed innovations. • Stay on top of market trends and latest innovations related to Payments products
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial product management
- Experience in fintechs, acquirers or sub-acquirers .
- Proven experience in card payment products.
- In-depth knowledge of the payments market, including regulations, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Experience building business cases to justify innovations in financial products, focusing on efficiency and differentiation in the market.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
- Experience with large data bases and analytics
- Knowledge of P&L creation and financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Moderate SQL skills
- Intermediate proficiency in English or Spanish

• Site Appraisal & Acquisition • Conduct full planning, policy, technical, commercial, and legal viability assessments of potential sites. • Review zoning regulations, planning history, environmental constraints, heritage factors, and infrastructure considerations. • Evaluate development potential and identify risks, constraints, and opportunities that may affect acquisition strategy or development outcomes. • Recommend planning-led phasing and mitigation strategies to de-risk proposals and align with policy requirements. • Support the Acquisition team by providing clear, evidence-based planning insights during early-stage site evaluation. • Planning Application Support • Work closely with Design Architects and the Planning Team to ensure schemes are policy-compliant, technically robust, and positioned for approval. • Prepare and support planning submissions such as Planning Statements, DAS, feasibility reports, and supporting documentation. • Review design proposals for compliance with planning policies, zoning laws, and environmental regulations, advising on early adjustments. • Confidently handle stakeholder engagement with planning officers, neighbours, and consultees throughout the application process. • Service Offering & External Client Handling • Communicate directly with external clients to understand project objectives, provide planning guidance, and support service-offering deliverables. • Conduct planning appraisals, feasibility reviews, and risk assessments for client projects. • Coordinate with external consultants (e.g., ecologists, surveyors, transport specialists) to gather information required for both internal and client planning work. • Maintain strong, professional communication to guide clients through constraints, risks, and planning strategy.
