• Garantir l'excellence opérationnelle des équipes. • Assurer le suivi des performances individuelles et collectives. • Mettre en place un accompagnement quotidien pour optimiser les résultats commerciaux. • Suivre quotidiennement les principaux indicateurs de performance (KPIs) de chaque commercial. • Identifier rapidement les écarts entre les objectifs et les résultats. • Mettre en œuvre des plans d'action correctifs pour améliorer les performances. • Écouter et analyser les appels de vente quotidiennement. • Organiser des briefs et des débriefs quotidiens avec chaque commercial. • Produire des reportings réguliers concernant l'activité de l'équipe et les performances individuelles.
Job Requirements
- Expérience significative en management ou supervision d'équipes commerciales.
- Excellente maîtrise des techniques de vente et des processus commerciaux.
- Expérience en contrôle qualité, écoute d'appels ou coaching commercial fortement appréciée.
- Capacité à analyser des KPIs et à piloter la performance à distance.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, leadership et accompagnement.
- Organisation, rigueur et orientation résultats.

• Prospect new customers (pharmacies) and strengthen relationships with existing ones for registration and/or sale of Supera products — with the aim of increasing the conversion of our revenue into sales; • Send orders to distributors and communications to pharmacies, in accordance with existing commercial agreements with Supera; • Update commercial customer records in the Supera database; • Conduct in-person customer visits only as an exception, to build or strengthen relationships; • Know and master Supera products, as well as the strategies defined by the marketing department, staying informed about the products' key points; • Improve and apply sales techniques developed together with the training department, seeking assistance from your supervisor when necessary to clarify doubts and enhance the learning process.
• Quickly digest and understand the information in various formats covering a range of industries and countries • Visiting retail stores to gather product information (e.g. pricing, availability) • Secondary research on industry/company sources, for personal use and for dissemination • Primary research (Trade interviewing and cold calling), direct contact with companies and industry bodies to enhance quantitative and qualitative information available in the public domain • Conduct in-depth **B2B market research**, including **industry analysis**, competitor benchmarking, customer segmentation, and market trend analysis. • Collecting and manipulating large sets of data within Excel in order to build market sizes and analyze brands' market shares, etc. • Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data/information and as a result of client queries • To build analysis and recommendations based on the information available and supported by your own additional research when necessary • To support project managers in our regional office to create high-quality / client-ready research outcomes (presentations, written analysis, databases, etc.) • To support and/or review/consolidate the work of other remote analysts in any of the steps of our research methodology. This may include tasks such as querying analyst data sets, creating data estimates from analyst interview notes, and turning existing market information into strong strategic recommendations for our clients • Report Writing: Generating MS-Word and PowerPoint reports in English
