Job Description

Supply Planning Specialist

Nestle

• Own integrity of inbound and outbound signal in the system; identify and resolve planning exceptions for rolling 18M horizon. • Maintain master data, transportation lanes and other set ups. • Execute dispatch planning and load optimization, balancing service and costs. • Establish and revise stock policy for Finished Goods. • Support new launches, transitions and other business initiatives. • Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and warehouse for timely execution. • Act as primary interface with markets for alignment and issue resolution. • Monitor and drive improvement on KPIs (Customer Order Fulfillment, Stock cover, freshness, Dispatch Plan Attainment). • Own reporting and governance including compliance tools and health checks. • Collaborate with production and domestic teams on constraints and trade-offs. • Support scenario planning (reallocation, prioritization, alternative sourcing). • Drive improvements in planning processes, master data accuracy, and system usage. • Support automation, data quality, and NCE/LEAN initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or in a related field preferred.
  • 2-3+ years of professional work experience in Supply Planning required, preferably working with Exports in an International Scope.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) is required.
  • Must have excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, organizational and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships) is required.
  • Proven ability to influence key business functions across different global regions without direct authority.
  • Must be able to apply an end-to-end mindset and articulate complex data into clear, actionable business decisions.
  • Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Must be agile and ability to work through change management.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese languages is desired.
