Associate, Commerce Platform Logistics
DoorDash
• Track and analyze cost and quality metrics across strategic merchants • Support the development of internal reporting tools for quality improvement efforts • Assist in structuring and executing operational tests for reducing defects • Partner with Logistics, Analytics, and Product teams for efficiency improvements • Engage with cross-functional teams to enhance merchant and customer experience
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in high-growth environments required
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to identify trends
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong detail orientation and ability to organize and analyze performance data
- SQL experience is a plus but not required
- Bachelor’s degree required
