Job Description

Senior Agile Specialist

Aledade, Inc.

• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to lead complex business analysis initiatives • Facilitate Agile delivery by coaching teams on Scrum principles and removing impediments • Support backlog refinement and promote continuous improvement for efficient value delivery • Drive stakeholder alignment by maintaining a prioritized backlog and facilitating workshops

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis with agile environments
  • Business analysis and/or Scrum Master certifications (Preferred)
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions that are user-friendly, efficient, and maintainable.
  • Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and documentation to support agile development and stakeholder alignment.
  • Skilled in facilitating requirements workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and stakeholder interviews
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of collaborating across business, technical, and leadership teams.
  • Scaled Agile and/or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Business Analyst) that demonstrate ongoing professional development and platform expertise.
