• Act as the Product Owner for the Billing project; • Design and ensure that the solutions and features proposed during the project meet the company’s Billing needs (Invoicing, ERP integration and Collections); • Monitor project and involved squads’ deliveries (integrations and satellite products) to meet invoicing requirements; • Monitor the product, identifying improvement opportunities in features, processes or integrations; • Oversee day-to-day product operation, identifying improvement opportunities (systems or performance); • Understand and direct the squad on tickets involving incidents, fixes and enhancements, interacting with other squads or business owners (BOs) whenever necessary; • Prioritize the backlog by interacting with the billing business owner, giving priority to deliveries that generate the most value for the company; • Report executive and operational status periodically (routine) or when incidents occur; • Keep product documentation up to date: features, rules and architecture; • Collaborate with the company BI team to evolve dashboards and reports related to Billing and Collections together with the BO; • Monitor product KPIs and propose creation of new indicators and metrics whenever deemed necessary.

• Advise our clients on the analysis, design and implementation of procurement processes • Hands-on customizing and implementation of functional requirements in the areas of purchasing and procurement • Support projects end-to-end — from workshops and solution design through testing to go-live and hypercare • Take on responsibility in the form of (partial) project leadership • Actively contribute to client consulting — closely collaborate with adjacent business areas and other stakeholders • Depending on personal interest, possible internal assignments in the areas of controlling/finance, HR/training or marketing/sales

• Lead workshops and gather business requirements for sales, distribution, and logistics processes. • Configure and support SAP SD solutions, including order management, pricing, deliveries, billing, and returns. • Design and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and related logistics flows. • Drive the design and support of Handling Unit Management processes, batch determination, and logistics execution scenarios. • Design and support integrations between SAP SD and EWM, WM, and external 3PL providers. • Collaborate with MM, EWM, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure seamless process integration. • Support testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities. • Advise stakeholders on SAP best practices, process harmonization, and solution design. • Support global template, rollout, and transformation initiatives.

• Lead SAP Service Management functional design and implementation activities • Gather business requirements and define solution roadmaps • Configure and support SAP Service Management processes and integrations • Conduct workshops, testing, deployment, and end-user support activities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver project objectives • Lead and mentor functional team members during project execution
