• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a development team in the area of SAP Transportation Management (TM) • Design, development and implementation of innovative software solutions using ABAP OO in the SAP TM environment • Technical responsibility for developing and implementing customer-specific solutions and integrating them into existing SAP landscapes • Management and processing of change requests for existing customers • Close collaboration and coordination with consultants, business units, and external partners in national and international projects • Responsibility for quality management and technical implementation within projects • Promoting an agile, innovation-driven way of working within the team

• Architect and configure SAP IBP-DP and IBP-IO modules end-to-end. • Design complex statistical forecasting models, ABC/XYZ segmentation, outlier correction, and Demand Sensing frameworks. • Implement multi-stage safety stock optimization engines across global supply networks. • Map data pipelines and integration strategies via CI-DS / CPI-DS / RTI with S/4HANA. • Translate executive business requirements into highly scalable technical roadmaps.

Role Description - Plan, organize and deliver high quality value demonstrations to customers - Understanding the challenges of the Customer when implementing and/or transitioning to an SAP product - Talk to the customer in their language - Support the customer through product/solution related questions and answer any concerns they may have with SAP solutions - Gain knowledge and qualification on SAP solutions and strategy so they are familiar with the product and roadmap to cross sell and upsell - Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest features, industry best practices, and emerging technologies - Work with the sales team to understand the needs of the customer and show how SAP software will benefit the customer - Proficient in managing deadlines and coordination with other teams Qualifications - University degree in IT (Bachelor or master’s in computer science or similar) - Fluent in English and Arabic - 2-3 years of experience in SAP - At least 2 E2E implementations for SAP solution [Finance and controlling] - Aware of SAP solutions portfolio - Excellent documentation skills - Detail oriented - Strong communication and presentation skills - An ability to understand how functional requirements merge with technical and integration requirements to create integrated solution
