Solution Architect

• Accelerate sales qualified leads to contracting; increase net-revenue retention; increase recurring revenue. • Own and execute the process to develop scopes of work (SOWs) alongside sales, customer success, and product. • Partner closely with the CEO, CPO, and customer success to understand customer needs and our product roadmap to deliver high quality SOWs that meet customer needs aligned to the products our team has developed and/or is developing. • Translate customer needs into clear, actionable proposals, developing statements of work and guiding strategic discussions that blend technical depth with creative problem-solving. • Engage with sales qualified leads (SQLs) to lead discovery sessions and understand technical, data, and strategic needs of customers. • Architect solutions that align Epistemix’s capabilities with client use cases, goals, and constraints. • Draft statements of work (SOWs), including technical scope, deliverables, timelines, and level of effort. • Act as a subject matter expert on Epistemix’s data platform and modeling tools in customer conversations. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to shape and scope engagements. • Maintain a strong understanding of Epistemix’s product roadmap to shape how future capabilities can meet client needs. • Ensure seamless handoffs from pre-sales to delivery teams, including documentation and context transfer. • Develop tooling to support Sales Engineers’ ability to prototype solutions that enable you to scope work more efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Technical fluency with strong product sense.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer facing role within a Series A or Series B stage company.

  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or a related role.
  • 8+ years of professional experience with technical or consulting companies.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics workflows, and modeling frameworks.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across sales, product, engineering, and delivery.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, scoping loosely defined problems, and crafting creative solutions.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and operating with urgency.
  • Builder mindset - you enjoy creating solutions and working quickly.
  • Hands on, execution focused, and can think 6-12 months ahead.
  • Strong communicator who knows how to align stakeholders and build trust across functions.

Role Description This is a new role in the Construction and Utilities business unit. This role will report to the Director/VP Business Development with a dotted line supervisor on the Customer Success Team. This role is critical to support the continued development of technical integrations with existing partners as well as onboarding new partners. This role will serve as the US-based, front line technical integration expert across Eagleview’s APIs and integrated partner workflows. This role will be remotely based in the US with travel required to Partner sites for integration planning and ongoing customer support. This role will collaborate with Eagleview’s Engineering and Product teams in supporting the expansion of our Partner integration programs. This role will be critical to providing a better experience for Partner integrations and to speeding up time-to-market to bring dollar one revenue earlier in the sales cycle.
