Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in product management, engineering, technical sales, or related roles within switchgear, electrical distribution, or critical power infrastructure. - Strong technical knowledge of UL891 switchboards and UL1558 metal-enclosed low-voltage power circuit breaker switchgear. - Deep understanding of low voltage distribution systems and breaker technologies. - Experience defining standardized products and product requirements within technical environments. - Demonstrated experience translating customer requirements into product specifications and roadmaps. - Familiarity with OEM breaker ecosystems and competitive positioning across major suppliers. - Strong understanding of critical infrastructure markets, particularly data centers and AI-driven applications. - Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and commercial stakeholders. - Willingness to travel (25–35%) for customer visits, manufacturing sites, and industry engagement. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with hyperscale or colocation data center infrastructure. - Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. - Experience launching and scaling technical products within power distribution markets. - Familiarity with MV switchgear, modular power systems, or integrated power solutions. - Experience supporting standardization initiatives within manufacturing environments. - Knowledge of pricing strategies, portfolio management, and product economics.
