• Build and maintain relationships with concierge agents, servicing their booking requests primarily via telephone • Process bookings accurately across online and offline systems • Liaise with our supplier network to ensure seamless fulfilment of partner requests • Respond to partner queries with professionalism and care • Share relevant partner feedback with the Trade Manager to support ongoing service improvements • Maintain strong product knowledge across our full range of shows and attractions

• You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, supporting them before, during and after their stay. • Responding to inbound messages and calls, resolving issues quickly and calmly • Handling complaints with confidence and empathy • Managing reservations and bookings to keep everything running smoothly • Providing clear information about properties, house rules and processes • Collecting and verifying guest ID documents and submitting required details to regulatory systems • Ensuring all pre-arrival information is complete before check-in • Carrying out concierge outreach to improve the guest experience • Logging all interactions accurately in our CRM

• Assist in setting up and managing Google Shopping campaigns • Learn to configure and optimise product feeds in Google Merchant Center • Use internal tools and Google Ads to monitor and report campaign performance • Support campaign optimisation efforts to improve ROI and sales • Prepare basic reports and communicate progress with team members • Participate in video meetings with UK-based colleagues and clients

• The Chief Executive Officer’s primary role is to carry the torch for the vision and mission while setting and implementing the strategy to achieve it. • Aligned with our strategy, operationalize the roadmap of programs, products, and partnerships across the organization. • Represent our organization and strategy externally and with some of our largest partners to support the growth and implementation. • Lead a team of ~13 employees, aligning our vision with values and culture. Additional staffing and resources will be in alignment with the proposed growth and funding strategy developed by the future CEO. • Alongside the COO, VP of A&F, and General Counsel, ensure our technology offerings, DAF operations, and flow of funds is secure and compliant. • Oversee the financial performance including our path to a sustainable revenue model in 3-5 years. • Report to the board of directors to support the mission and engage them in implementing your strategy.
