Milrose Consultants
• Serves as the single operational owner of assigned accounts from initial intake through closeout. • Ensures that account-specific knowledge is never solely dependent on individual PM team members. • Holds ultimate accountability for the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects. • Directly manages a team of APMs, PMs, and Sr. Project Managers while actively involved in project work. • Contributes to the development and implementation of project and organizational strategic plans. • Monitors project progress across all active engagements, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and scope.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
- Proven track record managing a portfolio of concurrent projects and leading teams across PM and Sr. Project Manager levels.
- Experience with industry-specific regulatory processes, municipal agencies, and permitting jurisdictions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems.
