Chief Executive Officer

For Good

• The Chief Executive Officer’s primary role is to carry the torch for the vision and mission while setting and implementing the strategy to achieve it. • Aligned with our strategy, operationalize the roadmap of programs, products, and partnerships across the organization. • Represent our organization and strategy externally and with some of our largest partners to support the growth and implementation. • Lead a team of ~13 employees, aligning our vision with values and culture. Additional staffing and resources will be in alignment with the proposed growth and funding strategy developed by the future CEO. • Alongside the COO, VP of A&F, and General Counsel, ensure our technology offerings, DAF operations, and flow of funds is secure and compliant. • Oversee the financial performance including our path to a sustainable revenue model in 3-5 years. • Report to the board of directors to support the mission and engage them in implementing your strategy.

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of business leadership, including 5+ years in senior executive roles driving innovation, growth, and strategic transformation.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through complex planning and scaled execution across Growth, Product, and Operations functions.
  • Extensive track record of leveraging technology—software, platforms, and data—to generate measurable business outcomes and operational improvements.
  • Held CEO, GM, or COO-type roles with direct responsibility for P&L, organizational performance, and major business decisions.
  • Led marketplace, platform, or product teams, including building and scaling systems for partnerships, payments, or services.
  • Seasoned external-facing executive experienced in elevating institutional visibility, forging strategic partnerships, and aligning investors and stakeholders.
  • Sets bold, ambitious visions and brings the clarity, confidence, and energy to align teams and partners behind them.
  • Strategic thinker and pragmatic operator—balances momentum with risk, vision with execution.
  • Highly effective communicator across diverse audiences—board, team, funders, and partners.
  • Combines business rigor with deep purpose; known for driving results while inspiring followership and shared commitment.
