Customer Services Specialist II

Role Description The Customer Support Specialist II provides a vital link between mdxhealth customers, sales team and the commercial operations group. The Customer Support Specialist II is responsible for maintaining a high standard of service with their respective customers group, which is comprised of both assigned accounts and sales personnel. This role works closely with an assigned regional sales team to support customer activities and sales objectives. Position is onsite in Irvine, CA or remote if not in commuting distance to Irvine, CA. The shift is Monday thru Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm (Pacific time). Qualifications - Three plus years’ previous customer service experience - Two plus years related sales support experience is preferred - Three plus years customer service experience in healthcare or a clinical reference laboratory, preferred - High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to adapt to changing procedures, policies and work environment - Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Requirements - Hiring range: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour. Role Description In an omnichannel environment, the Customer Experience Associate is expected to handle customer interactions across multiple channels seamlessly.
