• Lead the HR team's day-to-day operations, ensuring consistent pace, quality, and continuous development • Serve as the team's operational reference and focal point for tactical-operational management • Support onboarding of new hires and promote autonomy within the team • Oversee and review personnel administration routines (hiring, termination, vacations, timekeeping, benefits) with the dedicated HR Analyst • Ensure labor compliance and liaise with accounting, unions, and legal counsel when necessary • Manage contracts with benefits providers and support employees with operational questions • Lead the recruitment & selection process with the responsible Analyst, from the job briefing to closure, ensuring SLAs, quality, and a positive candidate experience through onboarding • Design, structure, and execute end-to-end strategic HR processes and projects • Support execution of the internal activities calendar, events, and internal communications (employer branding) together with the Analyst • Support Management in maintaining management rituals (4DX, team meetings, goal follow-ups)

• Guide and support clients throughout the implementation process, clarifying questions, providing technical information, and handling possible objections • Conduct training sessions and demonstrations of the contracted solutions • Perform on-site visits for system implementations, training, and follow-up when required • Execute internal processes and keep metrics up to date in management tools, ensuring the reliability of information • Support the creation and maintenance of implementation materials such as knowledge base articles, playbooks, presentations, and communications • Configure and prepare equipment for new clients, ensuring everything is ready for a high-quality implementation.

• Conduct continuous customer discovery, mastering interview techniques and structuring opportunities with data and evidence, connecting real pain points to business opportunities. • Generate, analyze, and mature product hypotheses; plan and propose appropriate tests, experiments, and frameworks to validate or invalidate them within the product context. • Own the go-to-market process for your area of the product, anticipating risks and coordinating with Product Marketing to achieve planned adoption goals. • Lead effective technical refinement sessions, influencing developers and designers to build user stories with low lead time and high delivered value. • Negotiate with the team the right time to address technical debt, maintaining a healthy backlog balance. • Define and track product metrics that directly relate to business metrics, extracting impact analyses and identifying opportunities from data. • Collaborate with product leadership to build the quarterly OKRs, ensuring the chosen bets have the greatest impact on the business. • Ensure alignment across all involved areas with the mapped risks (Marty Cagan's Four Risks framework). • Be a decision-making reference on the team and act as an informal leader, inspiring and motivating the squad day-to-day. • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, communicating priorities grounded in data and knowing when to say no. • Influence the evolution of the product vision for the Salon Squad, proposing the strategy for your product area in collaboration with leadership.
