Senior Mobile Automation Engineer

Software Mind

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile automation frameworks for iOS and Android applications • Build and execute automated test suites across real devices, simulators, and emulators • Integrate mobile automation suites into CI/CD pipelines • Develop framework guardrails, standards, and reusable components to improve automation reliability and maintainability • Optimize test execution, reporting, and device coverage strategies • Mentor and coach team members on mobile automation best practices and framework adoption • Implement AI-driven testing solutions and intelligent automation capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Mobile Test Automation for iOS and Android applications
  • Strong hands-on experience with Appium, Java, and mobile automation framework development
  • Experience testing on real devices, simulators, and emulators
  • Experience with BrowserStack and cloud-based mobile device testing platforms
  • Strong understanding of mobile application lifecycle, device compatibility, and cross-platform testing
  • Test Frameworks: TestNG/JUnit, Cucumber, TDD, BDD
  • Version Control & Build Tools: Git, Maven, Gradle
  • CI/CD: Jenkins / CircleCI
  • Experience with AI-led testing, Agentic AI, and MCP (Model Context Protocol)
  • Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor
  • Experience building AI agents for test case generation, test data creation, defect analysis, root cause analysis, and test automation optimization
  • Knowledge of LLM-powered testing solutions and autonomous testing workflows.
