• own the Outage NCP recommended list definition applying the latest standards by technology and customized to scope • achieve both operational excellence and productivity targets • drive operational excellence during the Outage Parts planning process • incorporate both outage scope input and contractual coverage • translate inputs into a consolidated list of parts to be ordered • manage creation and delivery of NCP unit specific recommended lists • understand the impact of the Event scope in collaboration with the CPM and OFS • define spare parts needed to perform Non-Standard outage scope • compare the recommended lists to the on-site Inventory • keep systems and tools up to date • manage relationships with CPM • provide support to line manager on delivering on KPIs • drive process improvement to optimize NCP Planning

• Own cost classification, billing and collections for assigned customer portfolio • Be responsible for supporting Customer Service Manager (CSM) with outage planning and logistics • Manage project controls for outages within assigned customer base • Be responsible for outage demand placement including parts requests, repair scheduling, and resourcing labor needs • Collect time sheets from vendors and suppliers; calculate and generate invoices for billing • Be responsible for the distribution and collection of Customer Feedback surveys • Update and maintain input in GE’s OneSteam ERP system • Support CSM as needed in customer communication, outage closeout and customer relationship deliverables

• Oversee the oversight and execution of construction, installation, and commissioning on the customer site • Lead and oversee the full scope of site activities during the Inquiry to Order (ITO) and/or Order to Remittance (OTR) phases for construction, installation, and commissioning • Act as the primary on-site leader, directly reporting to the Project Director • Manage, lead, and develop the site team, including contractors and sub-contractors • Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and cost parameters • Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies • Drive operational excellence through regular site inspections and audits • Maintain accurate site records, including comprehensive progress reports, daily logs, safety documentation, and quality control checks • Implement and rigorously enforce comprehensive safety programs and protocols

• Provide leadership to support a multi-site service hub. • Initiate and support staffing requirements, coaching, training, and corrective action concerning employees and contracted partners, including succession planning. • Own the safety culture within the hub, inclusive of contracted partners and customers. • Execute daily Plan of the Day calls, to include prioritizing and managing a dispatch schedule. • Customer focused approach to build long term relationships with customers to deliver business objectives and meet contractual requirements. • Partner with CPD | Customer Performance Director Escalate customer concerns with priority. • Partner with cross-functional teams like Sales, Commercial Operations, Sourcing, Finance, and HR to meet the deliverables. • Prioritize turbine performance to meet/exceed performance commitments. • Be innovative and engaged in all areas of facility operations, aligned with individual site plans, to include creative problem solving with a LEAN mindset. • Lead operations within a multi-site service hub ensuring weekly visits to each site: Drive a safety focus. • Continue to grow customer relationships. • Team engagement and talent development.
