Intake Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – PMHNP

• Conduct thorough psychiatric intake evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults • Develop individualized treatment plans that establish a strong clinical foundation for each patient's ongoing care journey • Build trust and connection that sets patients up for long-term engagement in care • Ensure every patient is connected to the right ongoing provider and treatment approach • Work closely with therapists and other healthcare professionals to create coordinated treatment plans • Provide consultation and education to patients and their families during the intake process
Job Requirements
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week during our peak 'after school hours' defined as after 4pm ET during the week or any time on weekends
- This is a fully remote position
- Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program, PMHNP-BC certification, and at least one year of independent psychiatric experience working under licensure
- Active Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey PMHNP, DEA license, and State Prescriptive Authority
