• Responsible for ensuring accurate tax calculation and compliance, ensuring the company complies with Brazilian tax legislation while optimizing the tax burden according to market best practices. • Tax calculation and accounting: Perform the calculation of ISS, PIS/COFINS, IR, CS and other taxes applicable to the company's operations, with full compliance and accuracy. • Control of Certificates of Tax Clearance (Certidões Negativas de Débitos - CNDs): Monitor and ensure the ongoing renewal of certificates and fiscal documents required for company operations. • Management of tax payment slips: Issue and manage the payment of tax collection slips (guias), tracking deadlines and preventing tax contingencies. • Ancillary tax filings: Prepare and submit all mandatory filings, such as ECF, DCTF, EFD-Contribuições and others, ensuring they are delivered within established deadlines. • Advisory and support for audits: Act as the point of contact for internal and external audits and tax inspections. • Compliance and tax planning: Contribute to the analysis of tax planning opportunities, seeking alternatives that reduce tax burden without compromising tax compliance. • Management of the Fiscal Desk (Posto Fiscal): Monitor the entry of invoices, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and compliant with current legislation. • Legislative updates: Monitor changes in Brazilian tax legislation, ensuring the company adapts efficiently and in a timely manner. • Automation of tax processes: Propose and implement automation solutions for tax calculation and filings, leveraging technology to optimize processes and reduce operational errors.

• Work the lead list: Work the prospect lists we provide across email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn, and Zoom until you secure a response. • Follow up consistently: Sustained, structured follow-up across multiple touches is essential to producing results in this role. • Sell the value: Articulate the Peerspace value proposition clearly, handle objections in real time, and move prospects from initial interest to completed signup. • Run prospect meetings: Schedule and conduct Zoom meetings with prospects where a live conversation is needed to walk through the platform, answer questions, and progress them toward signup. • Close: Drive each conversation toward a signup. Conversion is the primary outcome of every interaction. • Support early host success: Stay engaged with hosts after they sign up, serving as their touchpoint through the early post-activation period to help them complete setup, secure their first bookings, and build momentum on the platform. • Refine your approach: Use observed prospect feedback, objections, and response patterns to sharpen your pitch and improve conversion over time. • Track your activity: Log outreach activity and outcomes in the systems we provide so performance and pipeline health can be monitored.
