• Consult with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and trip goals • Research destinations, suppliers, and current promotions • Design customized itineraries for vacations, cruises, and group experiences • Coordinate reservations including flights, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities • Provide clients with clear details regarding schedules, documentation, and policies • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications • Monitor reservations and assist with modifications or support as needed • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
