**About the Role******As an Advertising Production Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in managing advertising production and supporting operations across print, digital, and online platforms. Role Description Provide technical support to customers both remotely and at their facilities to include: - Color changes - Process changes and troubleshooting - Color education and training - PPAP submit support at the OEMs Follow the Field Service, Technology Department, and the UCC Business Plan. Personally, be involved in Continuous Improvement and Safety. Support UCC philosophy focused on: - Facilitating the growth of the organization - Continually improving quality - Driving to a world-class safety and environmental culture Qualifications - Five years’ experience in injection molding - Experience with color, color matching, or color compounding - Extensive experience working with the automotive industry - Experience with use of spectrophotometer - Strong working knowledge of resins and their capabilities - Must have excellent color acuity - Knowledge of the plastics industry - Good communication skills - Excellent problem-solving skills - Travel required Requirements - Hands-on troubleshooting of injection molding or extrusion processing issues at customer facilities - Provide technical support to customers - Make visits to customers to enhance customer-UCC relationship - Respond to customer product concerns - Support sales staff and help in the development of new accounts - Provide documentation of service to customers and Business Plan goals - Provide processing and color training - Educate and consult on internal material, processing, and machine issues - Use UCC practices to achieve acceptable PPAP submittal parts - Attend customer part submits at the OEMs when appropriate - Complete technical papers or presentations as required - Use all established reporting procedures to submit customer feedback and issues via the CIA database - Responsible for cleanliness of work area and company vehicle - Follow UCC Quality System-approved work instructions and procedures and help improve these as needed - Responsible for successful facilitation of all company safety policies and procedures - Complete monthly Safety Observations and attend UCC Connect Meetings Preferred Education - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Plastics

• Ensure that the qualitative and quantitative retail targets in your region are achieved and exceeded. • Strategically further develop existing structures and unlock new sales potential — always with a focus on growth. • Lead, coach and develop the regional sales team (Territory Sales Managers) — strong teams are built through strong leadership. • Plan, manage and monitor sell-in and sell-out activities (POS, promotions, visibility) to maximize HOLY’s shelf presence. • Support and develop regional multi-unit operators, identify expansion opportunities and actively drive these initiatives. • Provide operational support to the team during vacancies or special needs — including through your own presence in the territory. • Work closely with the Head of Field Force to achieve regional targets and to contribute to the strategic development of HOLY.
