• Create and evolve applications with a focus on AI and LLMs, from prototype to scaled production; • Ensure robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions; • Serve as a technical reference within the team, sharing knowledge and inspiring innovation; • Work closely with engineering, data, design, and business teams to co-create impactful digital products; • Introduce and test new ideas, frameworks, and technologies, with a primary focus on Artificial Intelligence; • Support the continuous evolution of our architecture and engineering practices; • Adapt to changes resulting from the continuous evolution of technologies; • Mentor team members on hard skills and an innovation culture; • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in delivering products and managing business expectations; • Manage the technical complexity of products, ensuring the architecture is optimally designed; • Ensure collaboration among data, engineering, and design teams for prioritized deliveries and post-launch follow-up; • Conduct PDCAs and Kaizens for continuous improvement of Architecture, Engineering, and the teams assigned to these products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in technology or a related field;
- Experience leading high-performance teams;
- Strong technical background, with solid understanding of both software engineering and fundamental principles of artificial intelligence;
- Knowledge of cloud platforms – AWS & Azure;
- Knowledge of CI/CD;
- Knowledge of LLMs;
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Node.js;
- Experience using agentic IDEs with SDD (e.g., Kiro, Cursor, Antigravity);
- Experience with automated testing;
- Effective communication skills; able to communicate with different business areas;
- Knowledge of best practices and patterns; promote software engineering, architecture, and AI design best practices to ensure code is robust, scalable, and maintainable;
- Business acumen: solid understanding of the product's business objectives and how AI can add value.

Role Description Senior Estimator(s) perform day-to-day functions for the firm’s estimating activities including, but not limited to, serving as the estimating lead on various projects. Responsibilities include: - Pre-bid attendance as needed - Bid management - Vendor databases - Cost databases - Estimating software - Estimating best practices The ideal candidate should have proven experience in construction estimating and possess an understanding of: - Contractual requirements - Conceptual estimating - Design drawings (P&ID, PFD, etc.) - Project specifications - Risk assessment analysis This is a fully remote position and may be based anywhere within the United States. Candidates must be available to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM in their local time zone.
