• Act as the liaison between clients, technical coordinators, designers and other stakeholders involved in projects. • Monitor project schedules, milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with established deadlines. • Organize, record and distribute technical and managerial information related to the projects. • Track client requests, ensuring that agreements and updates are communicated to the responsible teams. • Support scope control, revisions, outstanding issues and the history of deliverables. • Participate in internal and external meetings, preparing minutes, records and follow-up action items.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Basic knowledge of engineering projects and their development stages.
  • Understanding of fundamental BIM concepts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and attentive to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a team and interacting with different departments.
  • Interest in learning about project management, multidisciplinary coordination and client management.
  • Proactive and results-oriented profile.
  • Previous experience in engineering or architectural design offices (a plus).
  • Experience in construction companies or developers (a plus).

Role Description MERIT is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to work under direct supervision, assisting the Project Management Division with the coordination and conduct of project management activities, including the creation and distribution of study-related documents.
