• Facilitate virtual Accelerator Learning Labs as a substitute for absent LCs • Prepare to facilitate Braven content by meeting with the Braven team and practicing independently • Attend all LC trainings (~6 total training hours) to be equipped with the knowledge and skills to facilitate Learning Labs and work with Fellows effectively • Other duties as assigned
• Create and evolve applications with a focus on AI and LLMs, from prototype to scaled production; • Ensure robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions; • Serve as a technical reference within the team, sharing knowledge and inspiring innovation; • Work closely with engineering, data, design, and business teams to co-create impactful digital products; • Introduce and test new ideas, frameworks, and technologies, with a primary focus on Artificial Intelligence; • Support the continuous evolution of our architecture and engineering practices; • Adapt to changes resulting from the continuous evolution of technologies; • Mentor team members on hard skills and an innovation culture; • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in delivering products and managing business expectations; • Manage the technical complexity of products, ensuring the architecture is optimally designed; • Ensure collaboration among data, engineering, and design teams for prioritized deliveries and post-launch follow-up; • Conduct PDCAs and Kaizens for continuous improvement of Architecture, Engineering, and the teams assigned to these products.
• Coordinates the appraisal functions and maintains the internal/external pipeline on behalf of the JMAC appraisal department. • Responsible for placing appraisal orders with approved AMC and fee panel. • Reviewing appraisal reports in accordance to JMAC’s, FHA’s, investor’s, and USPAP guidelines upon receipt. • Supporting sales teams and operations with appraisal issues and negotiating turn times with appraisers and vendors. • Guaranteeing quality reports completed by appraisers.
