• Keep an updated understanding of the organization’s products, services, and client delivery policies • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers • Provide outstanding customer service to clients • Develop creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience • Manage client meeting schedules and agendas • Utilize spreadsheets and data visualization software • Create client-facing reporting based on client needs • Serve as the main point of contact for clients • Ensure action items get completed • Communicate with vendor management companies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Equivalent experience will be considered)
