(full-time equivalent, dependent on experience) Basis: Permanent contract; full-time, part-time or flexible Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in the USA The role We are looking to recruit an experienced educator to join the Raspberry Pi Foundation.  The role will contribute to the development of high-quality educational materials and professional learning experiences across our programmes for young people aged 8 to 18. You will have a background in computing science education, mathematics education, or a closely related field, with a track record of having created curricula, resources, learning experiences, or teacher professional development activities.   Artificial intelligence and machine learning applications are already changing many aspects of our lives. Young people who understand how AI works will be better equipped to engage with the world around them, make informed decisions about using and creating AI applications, and choose what role AI will play in their futures. A central part of this role will be supporting and advancing Experience AI, an educational program that offers cutting-edge resources on artificial intelligence and machine learning for teachers and students aged 11–14. Developed in collaboration by the Raspberry Pi Foundation and Google DeepMind, Experience AI supports teachers in this exciting and fast-moving area of AI and gets young people passionate about the subject. You will play a key role in adapting, delivering, and scaling this program in the US, while contributing to its ongoing development. This role is based in Georgia, a location in the US where we have an established team. While some work will focus locally, a significant portion will be national in scope, with opportunities to travel across the US. Responsibilities - Develop and deliver learning experiences, content, resources, and training for the Foundation's educational programmes and products. - Ensure that learning experiences, content, resources, and training reflect evidence-based pedagogy and the Foundation's agreed approaches to teaching and learning across formal education and non-formal learning. - Contribute to the development of the Foundation's teaching and learning strategy and approaches. Actively engage with research and best practice, and identify areas for improvement and innovation. - Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation and external partners. - Engage positively with the Foundation's systems for quality assurance, including in relation to agreed policies for inclusion and accessibility. - Proactively utilise user feedback and data to drive improvement. - Represent the Raspberry Pi Foundation to external audiences and stakeholders as required. - Contribute to the Foundation's thought leadership through writing articles and blogs, public speaking, and contributing to research and evaluation. • Build, run, and evolve production ML and LLM systems by implementing feature pipelines, training and retraining workflows, and batch and real-time inference on top of Qventus’ data platform • Monitor and optimize model performance across hospitals, improving accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability • Build and maintain model-level feature pipelines and feature management systems on top of curated datasets to support training, inference, and replay. • Collaborate with Data Science leaders to establish best practices for applied ML at Qventus, setting standards for feature design, evaluation, and production readiness through iteration and retraining

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models. • Work with large, complex datasets to extract valuable insights and build predictive analytics pipelines. • Collaborate with data engineers to architect and optimize cloud-based data solutions. • Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions using statistical modeling and machine learning techniques. • Automate data workflows and model deployment processes using cloud services and CI/CD tools. • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in model development and operationalization. • Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
