Customer Assistant

Sales Partners

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. • Assist customers with product-related questions, order status, and account management. • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. • Document customer interactions, feedback, and concerns in the CRM system. • Collaborate with the support team and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery. • Provide insights and suggestions to improve customer experiences and streamline processes. • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
