• Own a portfolio of clients end-to-end — building their financial models, running their monthly numbers, and fielding questions directly from owners and their investors • Build 3-statement financial models from the ground up, then run and adjust them every month against each client's actual results • Handle financial modelling, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, scenario planning and variance analysis • Work across a wide range of platforms including Shopify, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Glew.io, Amazon Seller/Vendor, Rippling and Gusto

• Assist in the development and evaluation of investment strategies, incorporating results of asset modeling, reporting, and analysis, ensuring appropriate alignment with ALM, earnings, and capital, while managing to Investment Guidelines. • Provide support for senior members of the Investments team in the evaluation of information used in various asset modeling, portfolio optimization, and trade program process. • Coordinate, automate and manage consolidated reporting for the Company’s investment portfolio. • Help communicate investment directives and needs to the external asset managers in a timely and regular manner. • Liaise with Treasury/Middle Office/Investment Accounting to ensure trade activity is flowing appropriately to downstream systems. • Improve operational efficiency of the cash management process. • Manage the investment data process; automate existing processes; integrate various systems. • Detect and correct data errors coming from the existing database • Help in the calculation of CECL allowances for impairments • Collaborate cross-functionally across departments such as Actuarial and Finance FPA to communicate investment activity for use in actuarial modeling and corporate planning and analysis. • Provide ad-hoc analytical requests

• Ownership of key customer value metrics • Building playbooks for the sales and customer support functions • Ownership of all internal processes across analytics, product surfaces, content and communications across functions to ensure 10-star value delivery to customers • Ownership of internal processes needed to monitor and improve agentic workflows, not limited to evals, system prompts, creating templates and agentic workflows for customers, etc • Collaborating with the GTM/ Customer Success teams to own the implementation and business roadmap, taking business needs and customer needs into account

Role Description Atlantic Coast Mortgage is seeking a skilled Condo Project Underwriter to work directly with our Underwriting team to help develop a dedicated Condo Desk that will support condominium reviews from initial intake through final certification. This role is responsible for creating workflows, procedures for evaluating condominium documentation, ensuring project eligibility in accordance with agency and investor guidelines, and serving as a key resource throughout the condo review process. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to help build and shape ACM’s Condo Desk from the ground up. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to take ownership of the role, bring innovative ideas to the table, and make the position their own as the department continues to grow. - Establish standardized condo desk operations - Monitor Condo Desk Pipeline and ensure timely processing of requests including HOA orders - Order and review all documentation for compliance with all regulatory guidelines and investor requirements - Work with multiple department teams to resolve conditions and documentation issues - Assist in pipeline management to ensure turnaround times are met - Perform preliminary eligibility screening and issue condo approval certificates or denials for final underwriting decisions - Resolve any issues or discrepancies as they arise - Help develop a dedicated Condo Desk that will support condominium reviews from initial intake through final certification Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Underwriting, specifically with condo review/underwriting - Experience using Encompass software - Strong understanding of federal and state guidelines - Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced work environment - Excellent customer service and time management skills Company Description ACM promotes an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) workplace.
