• Book travel/plan trips for clients • Attend trainings/meetings to help you become more familiar with the resources • Work with other team members • Complete ongoing trainings to earn certifications • Make reservations • Be available to respond to clients in a timely manner • Research and create itineraries for your clients • Take care issues that may arise before or during your clients trip • Willing to be patient and look out for the best interest of your client • Effectively communicate with clients pre/post travel • Work with the budget set by your client • Create promotional material
