• Consult with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget constraints. • Design personalized travel packages that cater to the specific interests and desires of each client. • Provide expert advice on destination options, travel routes, accommodations, activities, and travel insurance to ensure a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. • Handle booking arrangements for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel-related services, while efficiently managing reservations. • Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, regulations, and industry developments to offer the most relevant and timely information to clients. • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and adjustments to travel plans. • Collaborate with travel partners, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and local agencies, to negotiate the best rates and perks for clients. • Handle payment processing and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, reservations, and travel details.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Travel Agent or in a related customer service role is helpful.
- Familiar knowledge of popular travel destinations, travel trends, and industry practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, travel booking platforms, and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple client requests simultaneously.
- High degree of reliability, self-discipline, and motivation to excel in a remote work environment and with minimum supervision.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones based on client needs.
- A passion for travel and an eagerness to create memorable experiences for clients.
- Relevant certifications or training in the travel industry are a plus.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must reside in the U.S.

• Greeting clients, future employees, and staff with a professional and courteous demeanor • Managing a phone system to answer calls promptly while maintaining professionalism • Handling mail and deliveries, including sorting, distributing, and scheduling courier pickups as needed • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents or reports • Monitoring and ordering office supplies in collaboration with the facilities or procurement team • Supporting the HR and Operations departments with scheduling interviews or onboarding new hires as necessary
• Provide high-quality one-on-one services to students according to their IEP plans • Assess and treat children with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders • Manage cases effectively and offer ongoing support to students • Option to conduct evaluations
