Revenue Operations Analyst

• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to support revenue forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking • Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the revenue lifecycle • Support day-to-day Salesforce operations, including data hygiene, basic configuration, report creation, and user support • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to understand reporting needs and translate business questions into data insights • Assist with revenue forecasting, pipeline reviews, and KPI tracking • Document processes, definitions, and reporting logic to ensure consistency and scalability • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects related to revenue growth and operational efficiency • Help identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows, and data quality across revenue systems

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 2–5 years of experience in an analytics, operations, or revenue-focused role (internships or relevant project experience considered)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting and dashboards (preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
  • Experience using at least one BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Basic understanding of sales and revenue concepts (pipeline, forecasting, trends, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% as needed
