Temporary Revenue Cycle Management Coordinator (Collector)
Clarvida - Corporate
Role Description As a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Collector, you will play a key role within Clarvida’s Revenue Cycle Management team. This position is responsible for following up on outstanding client accounts receivable and ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a solid understanding of the healthcare billing and collections process. - Monitor and manage an assigned accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely collection of payments - Follow up with clients via phone, email, and online portals - Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Remittance Advice (RAs) to identify discrepancies - Document collection activity and payment status accurately in the billing system - Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all federal and state healthcare regulations - Work collaboratively with Revenue Cycle Management team members and Operations to resolve outstanding balances - Meet or exceed monthly collection targets and performance metrics Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent - 1-3 years of experience in medical collections or revenue cycle management - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and billing applications - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Requirements - Remote – time zone will be determined upon hiring - Part-time (temporary) How to Apply If you are detail-oriented, results-driven, and experienced in medical collections or revenue cycle management, click “Apply Now” to join Clarvida’s Revenue Cycle Management team as an RCM Collector.
