• Develops and communicates sales and marketing plans • Conducts market research as necessary to gather design input, market trends, competitive activity, customer perspectives, etc. • Establish and maintain sales team onboarding process and ongoing sales training curriculum • Develops and manages product line marketing budgets within overall operating budgets • Gathers, analyzes and prepares information about the market(s), growth rates, pricing, competitions, reimbursement, emerging technologies, etc. • Responsible for the development, training and distribution of all marketing materials, sales aids, advertisements, reimbursement guides, etc. to support the ElectroCore product lines • Facilitates the collection of information and documents the customer requirements for all new product development projects and provides analysis to prioritize development projects for R&D and Regulatory/Clinical • Prepares and executes detailed new product launch plans, which include positioning, clinical data, selling tactics, forecasting, pricing, reimbursement, promotional programs, press releases, sales training, physician training, etc. • Interprets and translates scientific clinical data into commercial implications • Represents marketing group on cross-functional teams interfacing with product development, production and manufacturing to develop new products or enhance existing products based on the ElectroCore technology • Lead team of direct reports (e.g., product managers, associate product managers)

• Product education • Order support • nVNS device use training • App support • Sales Order troubleshooting, and data reporting • Support Territory Business Managers (sales executives) with account set up and order pull through • Answer inbound customer service phone calls and emails • Log all inbound and outbound interactions with customers within CRM tool (SalesForce) • Training and support of customer’s use of Truvaga nVNS device • Truvaga Plus App support • Customer support of all other Truvaga Brand products • Product return processing
